sooo, my good friend AZ took myself and some friends out for a memorable evening at the 5 star restaurant 'one'. pretentious: yes. delicious: OH EM GEEEEEE. if you've got a couple g's to throw around, i highly recommend checking this place out. the lobster spoons (done in a butter and vermouth reduction) are to KILL for. i had tuna, i had short ribs, perch, two different kinds of frites with two different kinds of sauces, the best salad ever, and lobster risotto. ya, it was 'everyone eat everyone else's plates' night. and i know it's a large faux pas, but with the major onslaught of tappas style restobars, fuck it. i want to try it all. and mark mcewan's staff hit the mark. i was highly satisfied, and recommend it to the baller in you.
